Wild Child is a daring twist on our Dominican Republic light roast, originally known as Island Mad Honey. Naturally, it has bright flavors of almonds, walnuts, and chocolate, but when smoked with cherry wood, it transforms. The smoking brings out deeper notes of dark cocoa, toasted almonds, and cane sugar, while enhancing a crisp green apple sweetness. This light roast balances the bright acidity and nutty sweetness of a light roast with the rich, smoky depth of a dark roast, creating a complex cup that’s both smooth and adventurous.
