This is a really nice blend of coffee. There is a little bite to the flavor and a subtle bitterness that I enjoy with a nice cup of coffee. The flavors are smooth but provide a kick of bitterness with the venom beans. This was good for breakfast coffee and reminded me of the coffee my mother used make in the old percolator pot heated on the stove. It's really good.
