Very interesting flavors that do not overpower the coffee teste. I truly liked the subtle cherry hint of flavor that lingered as an aftertaste. The acidity was mild with a nice caffeine boost of flavor. This is a very good cup of coffee, and I'm happy that I tried this particular blend. I'm no coffee expert, but I know what tastes good and provides a great coffee flavor. Red Octopus is an excellent blend.
